Litigation
Our Litigation Group has the depth and experience to effectively and efficiently represent clients in any business dispute. If a case has to be tried, our extensive bench and jury trial experience means our clients will be represented by lawyers who know their way around the courtroom. At the same time, we recognize that the vast majority of cases do not go to trial. We know almost every case will be submitted to mediation prior to trial and plan accordingly. However, our trial experience gives us the ability to not only evaluate a case properly for mediation, but it also means that our opponents know we will take the case to trial absent a fair resolution.
