Mr. Wallman received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1973, his Master of Science degree in 1974, and his J.D. degree in 1977, all from Indiana University. For several years, Mr. Wallman was Section Chief for Federal Litigation with the Office of Attorney General of Indiana. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Southern and Northern District Courts in Indiana, the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Wallman joined the firm of Rund Wallman & Robbins LLP in January of 1994 and became a partner in January of 1998. Since joining our firm, Mr. Wallman has represented clients seeking citizenship through naturalization and permanent residency based upon family relationship. Mr. Wallman also represents international professional athletes and investors seeking U.S. immigration benefits. Mr. Wallman currently is Secretary of the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
