At Padgett Law, our attorneys won’t settle for a cursory knowledge of estates and trusts. We dig deep into the cases, statutes and regulations to identify areas of the law that could potentially impact your estate. We stay current with all of the latest legal developments. Tax law is ever-changing. What may be a solid strategy today could create unforeseen liabilities tomorrow. The Indiana estate litigation attorneys at Padgett Law will try to anticipate the effect of changes in the law and plan for them accordingly.

Our lawyers employ preventive measures to protect the inheritance you expect all through the estate or trust administration process. To do so, we have cultivated a deep understanding of the law over a wide range of legal areas impacting estates and trusts.

We understand the logic of estates and trusts and the legal history behind them. Other firms and their probate lawyers work in this same area … but our concentrated focus on this field and our depth and experience in it separate us from our competition. We will help you plan your estate to navigate safe passage through complex and complicated state and federal tax and estate law, or help you obtain the inheritance that was intended for you.
