JEFFREY GRAHAM is a partner in the Indianapolis office of the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP and is certified by the American Board of Certification in Business Bankruptcy Law. He received a double major in English and Communications and Theater at the University of Notre Dame, graduating cum laude in 1995, and received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1998. Prior to joining the firm in 2001 Mr. Graham served as a law clerk for the Honorable S. Hugh Dillin, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Indiana. Since joining the firm Mr. Graham has concentrated his practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Business Restructuring and Creditors’ Rights but also has experience in secured transactions. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, where he served on the Commercial and Bankruptcy Section Executive Committee from 2002-2008 (Chairperson, 2008). Mr. Graham was selected by Law & Politics Magazine as an Indiana Rising Star in 2009.
